Jojo Fresnedi and Rhodora Palomar-Fresnedi are the Founders and Managing Directors of Except One. Except One is a training and consulting firm focusing on leadership development, employee engagement and global diversity (from their website).
Jojo Fresnedi is the former Director for Talent Management for the Asia Pacific Region of Becton Dickinson Asia Pacific. He is also former VP & Director – Management Training of the San Miguel Corporation.
Rhodora Palomar-Fresnedi is the former Executive Director of the Unilab Foundation and is the former Global Vice President for Diversity in Unilever PLC (London, UK).
